Can't connect to the internet, network adapters are bugging out

I am currently posting this on a laptop I own because my computer is basically stuck offline. I built my computer about 3 years ago, it has an MSI Z390 Gaming pro Carbon motherboard, intel i7-8700k, and I put in an ASUS realtek wireless network adapter. I usually just use ethernet, but now nothing is working. Earlier today I restarted my computer and suddenly I wasn't connected to the internet anymore. When I go to device manager all the devices under "Network Adapters" and "Other devices" have yellow warning triangles. All of the things under "Network adapters" (ASUS Wireless PCI-E Adapter, B
