I put all of my documents onto a USB because I was planning to reset my laptop, since it wasn't running it's best performance. So I reset my computer, and put in the USB with my documents and try to open them. But the files have a golden lock on the top right hand corner of every file (word, photoshop, text docs, etc) and when I try to open them, a message saying "You do not have permission to open this file. See the owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission." appears. Is it possible to access these files somehow? These files are important and I can't view the data in them.
