In the device's properties, "This device cannot start. (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful."I've tried most of the fixes for Code 10, right up to replacing the hardware, which I can't do yet. The Class GUID had no Upper/LowerFilters for me to delete. I couldn't install any older hardware since I couldn't find where to download them either. Updating, reinstalling, and restarting the PC also didn't work.The device's most recent event says"Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31&SUBSYS_202F8086&REV_04\3&11583659&0&A0 had a problem starting. Driver
