Extremely high GPU when running video wallpaper from Lively Wallpaper. Why?

I downloaded Lively Wallpaper from the Microsoft Store the other day because I wanted a free program to run video wallpapers on my Desktop. I selected one of the default, pre-installed video wallpapers that comes bundled with the software it's called: 'customisable rain particles' devloped by BigWIngs.Source: https://github.com/rocksdanister/shadertoy-heartfeltIt does work, but the problem is that when the 'customisable rain particles' video wallpaper is active - my GPU, which I keep track of via Task Manager, skyrockets to something between 86% to 100%.What also happens is that the fan inside
