Failure to update Windows 10 from 1909 to latest (21H2?) with error 0xc1900101

Good day. Here to ask about what seems to be a common issue, but I can't seem to find a working solution for my case. I am on 1909 and regularly prompted to upgrade due to vulnerability issues but every attempt fails; upon reboot, I'm still on 1909 and the update history shows the update failed with error code 0xc1900101.I've read the setupact.log and setuperr.log files from C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther were useful for this, so here they are :MediaFire that can be glanced from this?
