I cannot play livestreams (youtube-streams/twitch) or Netflix on my Laptop

I have a Laptop,Asus TUF Gaming f15 fx506hm,Windows 10 Pro N.Normal Youtube-Videos are playing usually, but Twitch-Streams show a #4000 Error and Netflix tells me my Firefox is outdated, which Firefox itsselft sais it is up to date.I have tried emptying the browser cache, which did not work and I am afraid anything more complex than that (I assume a problem with the drivers) is above my knowledge about laptops/PCs.
