Separate mouse and touchpad settings

I use a surface book with windows 10 together with a logitech lift mouse. This mouse is ergonomic and left-handed. I always use a 'regular' configuration with the left mouse button as the main one. Sadly the left-handed mouse internally flips these settings and sets the right button as main, when the windows configuration is set to 'left'. So I can either use the mouse as I want it to and set windows primary mouse button to 'right', which leads to the mouse working as intended but the touchpad buttons are in the wrong configuration.
