Hello, I have a problem with my MSI Laptop, it goes Black screen randomly with backlit and fan still on, tried to Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B but nothing happen, everything that runs currently would forcedly stop (like music, game, etc) so i need to force shutdown it everytime it goes black screen. A little note, i use second monitor too, when the laptop goes black screen, the monitor shut down (it reads like i shutted down the laptop) Tried to downgrade my windows (from Windows 11 because i thought its just a bug from W11) but i still got black screen in Windows 10.
