My pc crashes and makes my monitor turn black everytime i play a game.

I been having this kind of trouble for a year now and up until now its getting very annoying. I look in Event Viewer to see what has been the problem and so far i get 2 errors, a .NET Runtime error and a Application error regarding a faulting Application error of Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology.
