when put pc on sleep mode and try to awake it goes to turn off then reopen the pc like i did reboot though i didn't

Hi,i hope you can help me with this problem:I've just bought a new custom pc to change my very old pc, and I've started using it till i found some problem, this problem it's when i put my pc on sleep mode and go for more than 10 or 30 minutes then come back, i try to turn it on from sleep mode and awake it, but it goes directly to be turned off, and when i click the mouse or keyboard keys or the power button on the pc, it do just turn off then turn back on like reboot the pc, i hope you can help me and thanks.
