I purchased windows 10 because windows 8 is going away but the windows 10 will not install. It keeps failing. How do I fix this or get a refund?

I purchased Windows 10 because windows 8 is going away. But it will not install. It keeps failing. I have already removed anti virus software and that did not work. There is plenty of space. I even tried burning the install to a DVD and installing it thru that but it still won't work. How do I get this to install. If this does not work how do I get a refund?
