I have a HP desktop computer, 1 yr old.Previously I have seen many errors on my computer and a friend of mine told me that I should do a clean install of my system, which doesn't thrill me at all. I am having trouble with downloading an iso file for the media creation tool. Have tried numerous times and for whatever reason, am not succeeding. Trying to get the ISO file to work and complete the task. And the reason I have gotten used to doing an inplace reinstallation--my left click on the start button isn't working again and the volume control isn't working. And repeatedly these two issue
