PC randomly crashes for no reason.

Hello,My PC has recently been crashing every time I'm playing a game with a decent amount of needed graphics and whatnot, it isn't the CPU or the GPU as they don't overheat or anything. I've looked for it on event viewer and memory diagnostic tool, although I'm not completely sure it's my ram.If there are any recommendations on what I can do, please let me know.Thank you.
