I recently reverted from Windows 11 to Windows 10 by performing a hard reset on my computer. I have reinstalled all of the same applications and games that I had previously, on the same internet connection. My desktop has not moved. However, I'm running into ping spikes in the games that I've been playing since changing back to Windows 10. In Windows 11, I never had any internet issues aside from very rare stutters (once or twice every play session). Now, I experience many ping spikes and stutters after reverting to Windows 10 (now once every few minutes). My ISP has not changed, and as far as
