Hii don't know exactly when this happened but sometime i assume during an update i have lost the ability to run XP period installers on Windows10. compatibility mode does nothing, and there is not even an error message. the installers do not make it passed the initial splash screen, and then essentially hang and show as "not responding"in task manager till i force close them.I stumbled upon a piece of software for checking library dependencies of exes for Windows and all of these old installers i tried show a dll missing called:"ext-ms-win-oobe-query-l1-1-0.dll"There is not much info on the in
