Received Error Code 0x80280013

Hi,When I walk away from my computer. I press Windows + L to lock it. When I go back and try to login with my pin, I receive error code 0x80280013, so I restarted my computer and I was able to log-in, but after re-locking I'm still receiving this error. I restarted my computer again and I tried to reset the pin code in windows settings and I reseted it successfully, but after re-locking the computer still shows this error.
