Unable to see other devices (computers/network drive) on my home network using Windows Explorer

I have just built a new PC, installed Windows 10 Pro and fully updated it.However I am unable to see other devices on my network in Windows Explorer, only the new PC.I do have Internet access and Network Discovery is turned on for the private network I am using. Also I am able to see the new PC from another computer on the network.I have gone through the steps given here: Redirecting but am still unable to see other devices on the network.Any suggestions for what to try nex
