I've had this issue for a while and every now and then try something new to fix it. I'm on Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1. So, when I attempt to Update my PC it will say the update couldn't be completed and then reboot after its reverted back to the original version. It will give some sort of error code that seems to change every time.I've tried clearing the update cashe and running cmd scripts I've found online....with no luck.Recently, I just tried doing an sfc scan to see if a file was corrupted and it says I need to reboot my pc and run it again. So, I did that but it just says the same thing
