Is there any command or procedure to undo / revert all the changes done in winsock by " netsh winsock reset " command ?

i'm using ubuntu wsl and suddenly there is an error triggered within it, in order to fix it I've run " netsh winsock reset " command now it is throwing this " A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. " i think reverting back the changed settings within winsock can help me rerun my ubuntu wsl in normal manner
