My in-built DVD player has stopped working on my Asus laptop. According to information in Device Manager the device is called HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GUC0N.The device is showing up in Device Manager and has the driver listed as 10.0.17134.137 and when I try to update the driver it assures me it has the 'best' driver.The problems the player is exhibiting are the following:* A DVD was entered and it was never registered by the computer.
