Yesterday Resolution was fine, today 1920 x 1080 missing, down to 1024 x 768

I've got a GTX 1060 6Gb, done a system restore and screen resolution still lost. Safe mode it is fine, starts up fine, gets to login screen and loses resolution to 1024 from 1920. Any ideas?Drivers etc all fresh installedPC reset
