Hello. About a week ago, my laptop was unable to play any video or audio. All it needed was a restart, but after a few hours, it would do the same thing again. Basically, every few hours, all the video and audio ceases to play. It would load, but it just wouldn't play. I tried clean boot, and I wasn't able to log in using my PIN. There was no password option available. I turned off clean boot, but I had to use a restore point. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics drivers. I also tried to update the graphics drivers, but it would say that the best drivers are already installe
