Problem:Windows will not start with Seagate external disk drive connected (no error message given; it just never completes).Software/hardware:- Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit- External drive causing the problem (as given in Device Manager): Seagate One Touch HDD SCSI Disk Drive. Drive capacity is 5 TB, and it is USB.- The drive was originally formatted in ExFAT, but was reformatted to NTFS in order to try to solve the problem. The reformatting made no difference.- RAM: 32 GB- All latest Windows updates are installed.My workaround:1. Start Windows with drive disconnected.2. After logging into Windows:
