How to remove Virtool:Win32/ExcludeProc.D and Behavior:Win32/ExcludeProc.A virus?

At every restart, it keeps appearing.Random Restart of PC while working. Shutting down the screen stays on for a long. I have to manually press the Power Button to shut down the PC. Only after I log out to my windows account and If I shut down from the lock screen then only the shutdown happens successfully.This started to happen only after this virus VirTool: Win32/ExcludeProc.D and Behavior: Win32/ExcludeProc.A keep showing up in System.FRST files are:Addition.txt help.
