how do you contact Microsoft support if the get help applicaionis corrupt

When I run get help I get the following error in the event log and it flashes up for about a second then disappearsThe server Microsoft.GetHelp_10.2206.2011.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe!App did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.I get similar issues with store, calculator and the only way to run apps installed from the store is to add a link to the executable in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\ as the shortcuts crash with the same App did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.A
