I've troubleshooted this issue for over an hour now, no fix method has given me any help. I really need to get work done and I'm really stressing. Keyboard LEDs are lit and I am able to use all keys except letters. Numbers, backspace, space etc function properly. On screen keyboard is giving me unresponsive letters as well.
