Windows 10 Home does not have photo transfer feature. ISO free app (or 1-time fee) to transfer iphone photos to PC?

I read Microsoft text where it states that Windows 10 Home does not have the photo transfer, now I understand why I have been unable to download my iphone photos to my PC. Can anyone recommend a free app or an app with a one time purchase fee so I can simply download my photos? Thx
