AUDIO, MIC & 3mm Drive is not working even after installation of Realtek driver

Redirecting open the link above to see it is the same exactly same problem I'm facing right now. I have a Acer Aspire 5 and I have installed windows 10 on it but after that I noticed that my speakers are not working I tried to reinstall drivers from device manager , I tried windows update, I tried to install manually from Realtek website, I tried 3rd party driver installers, I tried troubleshooting, I tried ACER official driver from offi
