Windows 10 update service keeps on running continuously

On my laptop running Windows 10 64 bit Home edition ver 21H2, the 3 services outlined below are continuously taking up 10% of CPU processing. Windows update Appx Deployment Service (AppXSVC)Microsoft Software Protection Platform ServicePlease see the screen shot given below for more details. This is leading to battery draining as well as performance issues. So if I need some high workload about 10% of the CPU effort is dedicated to this continuously. I have gone to Windows Disk Cleanup > Clear System Files > Downloaded Program Files and cleaned up my laptop. That did not help. I rebooted
