I am honestly not at all tech savvy and wont pretend to be but I'll try my best in explaining this.I bought the game Medieval Dynasty but upon opening it an error code comes up "A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine."I have tried my best to understand what that even means but my 2 days worth of research tells me that I have DirectX12 and it shouldnt be a problem that the game needs DirectX11 as DX12 is the upgraded version.So after trying everything from uninstalling and reinstalling to running tests that i dont even know the names of.
