how to remove group policy and provisons from my registry domain somethig has all my ports open and connecting to devices

i bought an hp probook that was part of a domain workstaion and i reinstalled windows and i bought a new wd_black ssd but the goup policy settings are still enforcing certain settings and controls and i keep getting hacked i think because it has all my ports open an connecting to random devices like i was connected to an xbox on the network and didnt know it i just want to clean up my registry back to regular windows pro not an server environment
