My computer is stuck on windows 10 version 1909. Windows update keeps saying "Your device is missing important security and quality fixes" even if I update everything it says to. The update troubleshooter comes up empty handed. Windows update assistant seems to go through all of the steps to download and install the update but nothing really happens, no error messages but still stuck on 1909. Using the media creation tool to create an image file I get an error message 0xC1900101-0x20017. I have plenty of disk space. I've attempted to update all my drivers, unplug any non essential hardware, do
