The requested operation requires elevation + Can't access anything to fix it

Hi,I really tried everything in my power to fix it except formatting the pc which I really don't want to.Getting in the UAC - Can't access.Changing the group policies - Can't access.Trying to add my user the administrator permissions - Access is denied.For now, my user have only the option "docker-users" which I really don't know why... i guess I played with it too much.Is there any way to solve it without erasing everything?Thanks!
