printing with only blank

I work in my house and it is a personal laptop and printer. I tried to print today and its all blank page. I check my printer and there is a plenty of ink on it. I tried to turn off then re connect back the printer and still the same. I dont know what happen yesterday since my husband is using it. All he knows that there is an update and now I cant print.I tried the test page by the way and it prints fine. It is connected using wired as well.
