CPU usage and tempatures noticeably increasing when Task Manager is not open.

Hello, I am new to to the threads so sorry for any inconveniences. My CPU was generally working around 45-50 degrees but when I clean formatted my drive it started to get gradually hotter until it was 80 degrees when the Task Manager was not open and "Core 1" and "Core 2" in my system maxing out to their highest per-core clock that's available for the stock settings (4.6 GHz), the cores 3, 4, 5, 6 were not affected by the clock and tempature increase. I full scanned my drive with first Malwarebytes and after ESET, Malwarebytes found 6 threats but they weren't the cause. My CPU and motherboard
