mouse disobeys my command

I have a mouse in the desktop and today whenever I hover it will move very very slow and sometimes it will not click anything. I remove and plug it back in and nothing happens. I used the mouse on different PC it works fine. I doubt its my mouse however I dont have any spare to test.
