Hi allI have an issue with headset.My company is upgrading to surface pro 8 and we are using headset Poly 3325 in the officeThe device can install the driver and recognized headset on device manager but it doesn't be recognized on sound setting.When I plugged in the headset, I can't open sound settingI tried the same headset on Surface pro 7 with same OS built 19044.1889 and it was working.SP8 is on latest update. did sound troubleshooting ---- not working Uninstall the driver on device manager then restart the SP8.
