A lot of Power Plan Options do not show up

On one of my PCs a lot of power options do not show up for some reason:On another PC with the same Windows version (21H2) all options are available:I have already tried to setpowercfg -attributes 2a737441-1930-4402-8d77-b2bebba308a3 48e6b7a6-50f5-4782-a5d4-53bb8f07e226 -ATTRIB_HIDEas described there, but without success:Redirecting is it actually not possible to answer/comment this question? It just says there "This thread is locked."It would be helpful to comment
