The problem is that everytime I look at task manager i get the same thing all the time, everything on my setup is around 30-40%, except for network that is always above 80 %, almost always 98-100%.I've checked the other threads and limited the bandwith it can take to maximum of 5% (it's the lowest you can take). I've changed the "activity time" to 02-07 am, but here I am at 15.29 pm and its still taking 98% of my bandwith. I've checked what update it's downloading and all I get is "it's up to date" "nothing to update". I go in to data usage in settings and see that "system" has used 260 GB of
