PC was making the USB disconnect sound every second. I went into the Device Manager, which would refresh before every sound, and tried uninstalling every host controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers (worked to stop the noises, nothing else). Now my keyboard and mouse, which aren’t bluetooth, are disconnecting briefly every five minutes or so with no warning or sound. There’s also no option to turn bluetooth on or off, and I get the ‘couldn’t connect’ warning every time I attempt to add a new device. I’ve restarted my PC several times. Installed multiple updates.
