So I was banned from an online game do to modifying files/malicious code. But i didn't do it or have any way to do it. Is there a way to get an actual Microsoft technician to remote check my PC? i had it checked by a certified tech but they couldn't find anything wrong or out of place. I'm not a streamer or tuber or any of that just a person who enjoyed playing a game in the little extra time i have.
