Dear Community Members,I tried to find a solution to the problem of network (LAN) printer being offline in printers list, while it can be pinged via command prompt in this community forum, but I could not find an answer,. Restarting printer or computer does not help either. Printer shows offline even if print spooler service is restarted or printer driver is reinstalled. Then we found an solution to our problem and I wanted to share it with you. Yet, all the question threads about the problem that I looked at were locked so I decided to share the possible solution via producing another thread
