Pc running slow after swapping main ssd disk.

So, my pc informed me that some files on my main disk had been corrupted. I tried to fix those with the tools on windows, but I couldn't. So I googled a bit and found out that best thing to do now was to buy a new disk. I bought a kingston 960gb disk, installed windows on that and everything seemed to work ok, until I noticed that my whole pc was running slower than before. I tried to google for some help but I couldn't find anything that would fit my problem, so is there anyone here who might know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!
