I cant connect to online on forza horizon 4 windows 10

I cant connect to online on forza horizon 4 because "server connectivity is blocked" on windows 10 i dont know how to fix it and ive tried every single fix ive found with sfc /SCANNOW it find corrupt files but it doesn't fix them ive tried with dism too but that doesn't fix it :/ please help.
