How do I get rid of 2 ms logins with same user name/password but have two different profile pics and 1 is tied to windows 10 and the other windows 11.

My pc switches between accounts all day log. One time I have drop downs for copy and paste for Windows 10 and another time the drop down is for windows 11. It's causing all kinds of performance issues. I can download apps from the apps store because it doesn't ask for a password but I can't download themes because it asks for a password and then it says password is no good. I have done a factory reset and 1 of the profiles came off my pc but then I reset my MS password and it was for the old profile (windows 10) so now both are back on my pc., One says work account and one says personal.
