I've been having this two issues for months now and can't seem to find a solution.The first issue is that my Windows 10 File Explorer won't automatically refresh when creating new folders/files or renaming folders/files. If I right click and select New > Folder/File, nothing shows up unless I press the back arrow and go back into the place I created the new folder/file in. The same thing happens when renaming folders/files as well.The second issue is when shutting down or restarting Windows 10, my computer gets suck on the Shutting Down/Restarting screens.
