Help upgrading to Windows 11

Hello, I have just sorted my hardware to be compatible with getting windows 11, And now i have secure boot enabled and everything meets the requirments, I still can't see an option in windows update to upgrade to windows 11, I was wondering if it might not be out for me. The PC Health check infers that its not out for me yet, But i was wondering also if i need the Windows insider program enabled, I have enclosed a screenshot of my PC Health Check.
