MS AX - PDFs disappear after saving

Good morning,I am using Microsoft AX to create PDF files of information that I need to email to my people outside the office.When I use AX, I create the file as a PDF inside AX. Then I save the file to my desktop. When I am saving, the PDF file shows up in the save window. However, when I look at my desktop, the PDF does not exist. I try searching for the PDF by file name using the Windows search feature and come up empty.Whenever I go to save another file on my desktop in AX, I can see the PDFs that were created in the save window.
