Microsoft did an update (to me) with September 13, 2022-KB5017498 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10, version 20H2. Now links in emails to websites DO NOT Connect/same with task bar links. Of course it changed all the apps back to MSFT junk, which I have changed back to my preferred apps, but links STILL NOT CONNECTING.
