Greek characters break into gibberish in an old program

Hello,I'm using a third-party program on Windows 10 and I have a huge problem with Greek characters in it.The program is old (I think its last version was released back in 1999 - I have no other alternative but there's no need to enter into details...). It's a kind of database for creative writers, where you can write down, organize and interconnect several aspects of a story by answering questions and filling forms and text areas.The program is USA-made, so it's intended to be used in English originally.
